A unique and revealing insight into the Hollywood icon and sex goddess. This cult documentary focuses on the relationship between Monroe and the Freudian psychoanalyst Ralph Greenson. Based on recordings and transcripts during Greenson's psychoanalysis sessions in the dark months prior to her controversial death in 1962, the programme is adapted from Michel Schneider's recently published book of the same name.

Marilyn, Last Sessions contains extraodinary and rarely seen archive footage of Monroe and those who surrounded her towards the end of her career, such as the Kennedy's, Arthur Miller, John Huston, Truman Capote and various shadowy characters from the US secret services. This is a fascinating strory of how the troubled star turned to Greenson, who attempted to aid and protect her but was later considered by many to be a suspect in her death.
