What are the methods of payment?

You can pay by either by Credit card or Debit card. If you wish to send a cheque for the payment please make them payable to CinéMoi and send them to PO BOX 5585, Wolverhampton, WV1 9PX. Kindly note that if you choose to pay by cheque it may take longer to process your subscription because your cheque will be subject to the banks clearing times.

What type of movies will you be showing?

CINEMOI is a celebration of over 100 years of the world's finest classic and contemporary films. CINEMOI will feature award winning premieres and interviews with some of the most respected directors, artists and actors like Vincent Cassel, Isabelle Huppert and Catherine Deneuve. CINEMOI will also be showcasing seasons from François Truffaut (The 400 Blows), Romy Schneider (Les Choses de la Vie), Jean-Paul Belmondo (Breathless) and many others.

Will there be current movies?

Yes there will be a selection of current movies along with classics and movies from almost every era of cinema history

Will viewers in Europe be able to watch CINEMOI Movies?

Not currently but we do have plans to expand into Europe in the future.

What if I miss a film I want to watch?

If you miss a film, you will have a chance to view it again , as films are shown at different times in the month. Check full listings on the What's On page.

Where can I watch CINEMOI films?

CINEMOI films can be found on Sky channel 839

I want to advertise on CINEMOI?

Why am I being asked for a PIN number at the beginning of a movie?

For any movie rated 12 and above you will be required to enter your SKY pin to view the movies this is to prevent younger children viewing unsuitable scenes. The PIN is often the same as the last 4 digits of your viewing card, however may have been changed by the cardholder. It will be the same as your default Sky PIN used for access to all Premium & PayPerView events.

I have sky multi-room can I receive CINEMOI on all my viewing cards?

Yes you can receive CINEMOI on all your viewing cards, there is an additional cost of £5.00 per month for each additional card.

Do you pay for the rights for the movies you show?

Yes CINEMOI operates within the law and as such we pay for the rights to any films we show

Are my financial details secure on your website/payment site?

Your details and financial information is secure on our website which has been designed with all the required safeguards to protect our customers and their data. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Do your films have subtitles?

Yes all our French language films have English subtitles

Do I need a sky subscription to view your channel?

If you have working Sky equipment, and a viewing card, it will be possible for you to subscribe to CINEMOI without renewing your Sky subscription. As long as you are able to currently receive free channels using the Sky card and box, we will be able to activate the CINEMOI service for you without any requirement for a Sky subscription. The Sky + recording service however does require a subscription to Sky, and thus the recording functionality will not be available.
